Partner Terms

Last updated: 27 May 2026

These terms govern your participation in the Thrive Partner Network (the “Programme”) operated by Thrive Venture Labs Limited (“Thrive”, “we”, “us”).

1. How commissions are earned

When a customer signs up to a participating Thrive venture using your tracking link and subsequently pays for a subscription, you earn a commission on each captured payment, in line with the venture-specific rate published in your partner dashboard. Default rate is 20% of net subscription revenue for the first 12 months of the customer's subscription.

2. When you get paid

You are paid only when we are paid. Commissions accrue on captured customer payments, not on invoices or signups. Each commission is held for 30 days after the underlying customer payment to cover refunds, chargebacks, and disputes. After the hold clears, the commission becomes available for payout.

Payouts run monthly when your approved balance reaches the £30 minimum. We pay via UK bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal, based on the details you provide.

3. Attribution

Attribution is last-click within a 60-day window. If a visitor clicks another partner's link or an unattributed channel within those 60 days before converting, that subsequent click takes attribution.

4. Rules

5. Reversals and clawbacks

If a customer's payment is refunded, charged back, or cancelled, the corresponding commission is reversed. If the commission has already been paid out, it will be deducted from a future payout.

6. Tax

You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions received. Commissions are paid in GBP. You agree to provide accurate payout details and identity information on request.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Thrive may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms, fraud, or activity damaging to the Thrive brand. On termination, any commissions already earned and approved remain payable.

8. Mortgage and other regulated products

The Programme currently excludes referrals to MortgageOS, which operates under a separate FCA-compliant introducer programme. Referrals into regulated financial products require specific authorisation; please contact us if you wish to refer business in this category.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
