Partner Terms

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These terms govern your participation in the Thrive Partner Network (the “Programme”) operated by Thrive Venture Labs Limited (“Thrive”, “we”, “us”).

1. Partner tiers

The Programme has two tiers. Tracking, attribution, payout rules, and house rules are identical across both — they differ only in commission rate, recurring duration, and how you join.

Your tier and exact rate are shown in your partner dashboard. Some ventures may publish their own venture-specific rate, which takes precedence where stated.

Growth Partners additionally enter into a separate written Growth Partner Agreement with Thrive Venture Labs Limited before any engagement begins. That agreement is between Thrive and you, either as an individual or as your company, and it governs the points below alongside these terms. The Growth tier is a commission arrangement only: it does not include equity, shares, or any ownership interest.

2. How commissions are earned

When a customer signs up to a participating Thrive venture using your tracking link and subsequently pays for a subscription, you earn a commission on each captured payment at your tier's rate, for the recurring duration of your tier, counted from that customer's first captured payment. After that window elapses, commissions for that customer stop.

3. When you get paid

You are paid only when we are paid. Commissions accrue on captured customer payments, never on invoices or signups. Each commission is held until the underlying customer payment has been captured and settled to us — Revolut settles on a rolling 30-day basis, which also covers refunds, chargebacks, and disputes.

Once a payment has cleared and settled to us, the corresponding commission becomes payable and we send your payout within 24 hours of that settlement, provided your approved balance has reached the £30 minimum. Below £30, the balance rolls over until it does. We pay via Revolut or bank transfer (UK or international), based on the details you provide.

4. Attribution

Attribution is last-click within a 60-day window. If a visitor clicks another partner's link or an unattributed channel within those 60 days before converting, that subsequent click takes attribution.

5. Rules

6. Reversals and clawbacks

If a customer's payment is refunded, charged back, or cancelled, the corresponding commission is reversed. If the commission has already been paid out, it will be deducted from a future payout.

7. Tax

You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions received. Commissions are paid in GBP. You agree to provide accurate payout details and identity information on request.

8. Termination, trailing commission, and our flexibility

Either party may end participation at any time, and neither side is locked in. There is no exclusivity: you are free to work with others, and Thrive remains free to run, change, rename, move, pause, sell, or restructure any venture or the Programme. If a venture is spun out into a separate business or otherwise restructured, the related partner agreements may be terminated, continued, or renegotiated at Thrive's discretion.

Thrive may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms, fraud, misrepresentation, or activity damaging to the Thrive brand.

Trailing commission on termination depends on why the arrangement ends. If it ends in good faith, for example a mutual wind-down, after a genuine period of good-standing effort, you continue to earn the commission you have already generated on the customers you brought, for the remainder of each of those customers' commission terms. If your participation ends for cause, for example misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of the truthful-representation rule, or for sustained non-performance, trailing commission stops and no further commission is payable. Commissions already approved or paid are not clawed back on termination, except under the reversal rules above.

9. Mortgage and other regulated products

The Programme currently excludes referrals to MortgageOS, which operates under a separate FCA-compliant introducer programme. Referrals into regulated financial products require specific authorisation; please contact us if you wish to refer business in this category.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
