This is expected and your payment is secure.
THRIVE VENTURE LABS LTD is the parent company that owns and operates multiple digital products and services. When you make a purchase from any of our ventures—such as Chilled Sites, P0STMAN, YachtOS, or CoachOS—the payment is processed by the parent company.

- • Fitlink — Wellness and fitness app
I want to cancel my subscription
You can cancel your subscription directly from the product you signed up for. Log in to your account on the relevant platform and navigate to billing/subscription settings. Alternatively, contact us and we'll help you.
I want a refund
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your email address and the approximate date/amount of the charge, and we'll review your request.
Is this charge fraudulent?
If you genuinely don't recognise this charge and didn't sign up for any of our services, please contact us immediately. We take fraud seriously and will investigate. You may also want to contact your bank.
