I don’t recognise this charge

Think back to whether you recently signed up for, or purchased, any of the following ventures owned by Thrive Venture Labs Ltd:

I want to cancel my subscription

Cancel from the product you signed up for — log in and head to your billing or subscription settings. If you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll handle it.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Email us with the email used for the purchase, the approximate date and amount, and the product, and we’ll review.

Is this charge fraudulent?

If you genuinely don’t recognise this charge and didn’t sign up for any of our services, contact us immediately. We take fraud seriously and will investigate. Also contact your bank.
